Let's be real my girl - none of us want to spend hours working out each day.
And that's coming from me - someone who loves her training!
I've spent years trying different training methods, various programs and approaches to figure out the most effective way to build a lean body AND have fun doing it.
The concept of the TNT training method was born from the challenges
I always seemed to face when heading into the gym:
1. I didn't have 1 1/2 hours to dedicate to my workouts every day
2. I lost motivation when I knew I had super long training sessions to get through
3. I found myself working out with less intensity
4. I had less energy during the day after expending it all in my workouts
5. I felt consistently stiff and beaten up from over-training
6. I wasted a lot of time at the gym setting up various machines, moving from one side of the gym to the other and waiting for equipment to become available
7. I craved simplicity in my sessions, but I still wanted my workouts to be effective
8. I was losing the love for working out that I once had
SOMETHING HAD TO CHANGE!
(And I knew that I was certainly not the only girl feeling this way!)

40 MINUTE WORKOUTS
We're combining the best of HIIT workouts and weight-training to create short, intense, lean-body-building training sessions that will have you in and out of the gym (or home) in 40-minutes flat! No more 2 hour long sessions that leave you demotivated to even start!
MINIMAL EQUIPMENT
The workouts use predominantly heavy dumbbells and a bench.This means setting up in one spot at the gym (or at home) and not wasting time walking from one place to another, figuring out big machines or struggling to rack heavy weights!
LEAN BODY BUILDING
The KEY to building a lean body is progressive-overload style weight training that promotes lean muscle building! So we've created science-backed weight training workouts designed to build lean, strong, sexy muscle in record time!
SIMPLE & FUN
Each workout also follows a simple formula of 4 or 5 exercises, for 4 sets. Each month you'll find a brand new primary workout plus special 20 minute power workouts to target specific areas or enjoy a quick cardio-kicker session to get your heart pumping!
