My name is Ange, and I'm the founder of the Lean Girl brand, creator of the Kitchen Coach, and a woman who spent more than a decade of her life dieting.
I cut the carbs.
I ditched the sugar & the wine.
I tried plant based.
I did intermittent fasting.
I ate 'super clean'.
Hell, I even gave up coffee for a full 24 hours (desperate, I know).
The result? Well, other than my self-trust, I lost nothing.

What is the difference between The Lean Body Lab Program and The Kitchen Coach?
The Lean Body Lab & The Kitchen Coach are different yet complimentary programs!
The Lean Body Lab is my signature 8 Week Lifestyle Overhaul Program which takes your through a proven step-by-step fat-loss system that teaches you the foundations of how to eat, think and train for fat-loss. This program is recommended to every girl who is looking to master her nutrition & training to lose fat, get lean and quit dieting for life. This program is going to empower you with the knowledge you need to understand what really counts for fat-loss, and how to build your very own lean girl lifestyle.
Now, The Kitchen Coach is your everyday tool which will help you to implement what you've learnt in the program and take the guesswork out of putting together meals that are fit for fat-loss. That said, if you already understand the calorie math, and you're looking to put it into practice - then The Kitchen Coach is the tool to make that happen! Is The Kitchen Coach Suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
The Kitchen Coach does offer some vegetarian meals, however most recipes do use animal products. If you're savvy when it comes to making meat-free swops using regular recipes then I'm sure you'll still get great value from the ideas within the hub!
How much is The Kitchen Coach In Rands?
On checkout you can select ZAR as your local currency and VIEW the amount in rands before signing up.
The platform uses US based software which is why the amount appears in dollars. The fee will be determined by the current dollar/rand exchange rate on the day of sign up. The sign up fee is roughly R680 ($37) with a monthly recurring membership fee of $9 after 30 days.
Will I lose access if I cancel my membership?
Your access will remain active for as long as you have an active membership. You can cancel your membership anytime, however should you wish to re-sign up to your recipe hub, the sign up fee would be billed again.
