Both the gym and home training programs are strength based and designed to build lean sexy muscle while sculpting your body in all of the right places. The gym program uses equipment found in the average gym - a combination of machines and free weights. The home program is designed to be done at home, with minimal/no equipment. You can also switch between home and gym workouts, should your needs change!
The Home Training program uses no equipment and you can get started without any equipment at all. It is advised to invest in a set of dumbbells, of both 3kg and 5kg to enable us to increase the intensity of the workouts as you become stronger. You will find notes on the program of which exercises can be intensified using additional weights. Remember that to consistently make progress, we need to consistently challenge ourself - this is where our weights will come in handy!
On checkout you can select ZAR as your local currency and VIEW the amount in rands before signing up.
The platform uses US based software which is why the amount appears in dollars. The fee will be determined by the current dollar/rand exchange rate on the day of sign up. The sign up fee is roughly R450 ($29) with a monthly recurring membership fee of $29 every month for full use of the app.
Your access will remain active for as long as you have an active membership. You can cancel your membership anytime should you no longer wish to receive your monthly training program and app access.
