Today I present to you my fun, filling and freaking delicious LEAN GIRL Protein Donuts!!!!
A sugar filled donut has to be the ultimate 'cheat food' and but today that changes for us all my girls 😜 Now your average donut comes in at around 330 calories, has very little protein and a ton of sugar and fat - not the most ideal snack So your girl had to make some magic in the Lean Girl Kitchen and let me tell you I am proud as punch of these!!!
They came out so beautifully and quite frankly I was pretty shocked myself when I worked out the macros at only 87 calories and 12g of protein 🤩🤩🤩 Two of these donuts immediately became my new post- dinner dessert 🍩 and just like that - an extra serving of 24g of muscle sculpting protein! 🔥
To top it all off, you do not even need a donut pan to make them!! This was one the reasons it took me so long to even attempt a donut - NO PAN! So I am also going to be sharing with you how to make a DIY donut pan using a large muffin tin and some foil 🥳 Easy peasy!!
