WHEN YOU JUST CAN'T LOSE FAT
I stepped on the scale. 1kg... I gained one freakin kilo. After a week of eating not much but coffee and chicken salads (okay... and maybe one small chocolate) I had managed to somehow GAIN weight. I mean hell, I even made it to the gym and did my daily quota of jump squats and I still managed to tip the scale. How is that even possible?
After years of serial dieting.. starvation plans, spending tons of money on program and pharmacy fat-loss pills I had seriously had enough. It seems like no matter what I tried.. my body just would.not.change. Was my metabolism broken? Was I missing something?
The same quick-fix diets that used to work no longer did the trick and I was on a constant diet rollercoaster. I felt moody and hungry from Monday to Thursday and fat and guilty from Friday to Sunday as I binge ate my feelings thanks to the rising numbers on the scale.
All I wanted was to look lean, defined and toned but there I was.. soft, unhappy and uncomfortable in my own darn skin. And not due to a lack of effort!
It was time to do something different!
I couldn't keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result...

I contacted fat-loss experts, I invested in nutrition studies and delved into research...
